For the past eleven years I have dedicated my life to understanding horses and developing them into confident and willing partners. What began as a fascination with the relationship between horse and human has grown into a full time career built on feel, patience, and a deep commitment to each horse’s individual needs.
I grew up competing in training based competitions and earned multiple championships and reserve championships along the way. In 2023 I won the Arizona Ridden Mustang Championship, and in 2025 I brought home both the Overall Grand Championship and the Horsemanship Championship at the Extreme Mustang Makeover in Lexington Kentucky. These experiences pushed me to keep learning, growing, and showing up as the best version of myself for every horse I work with.
I spent two years training under Isidro Espinoza Horsemanship as an assistant trainer where I gained extensive hands on experience with many different types of horses. I later completed an international internship in New Zealand with the Wilson Sisters where I expanded my knowledge in performance development, riding biomechanics, and overall horsemanship.
Today I run Canyon State Horsemanship where my focus is creating solid educated horses and helping owners reach their goals through clear communication and thoughtful individualized training. I bring together my competitive background, professional training experience, and passion for complete horse wellness to help each horse learn in a way that makes sense to them.
